I just got to say I absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone and I appreciate all the hard work all of the staff members have done and continue to do going forward I admire Jordyn for all her hard work and very good customer service and her patience with everyone and love the extra stuff she does during the summer to help teach and encourage the kids to clean up the property and all the cute amazing rewards my kids absolutely look forward to going and engaging in helping out everyday we have the absolutely best management 😀

**** EDITED***** Thank you for getting things fixed. After talking with the Manager (Jordyn - who is one of the best apartment managers I've dealt with) about the issues I posted about in my earlier review, it was discovered that there was miscommunication between Maintenace and the office and that they were unaware that things still weren't fixed. I love the actual apartment I live in, very spacious inside especially with the walk in closets. I live on the top floor and so roaches are not that big of a problem and am super clean. It's true that garbage's are overflowing and generally the outside is not a very clean place.. but I think that's more the resident's responsibility vs management. It's low income housing so I don't expect there to be a big budget for keeping the grounds clean. In general, these are pretty good apartments and would recommend, especially the top floor:)

I have been in these apartments since 2009 and I have all my children in this place and I never love the managers like I love the present one that work here now.They are very kind. They are always helping me. The maintenance man name Sunday works very hard, he is the best one so far. Very kind. Very helpful and always helping everyone out.
